General. Our services are custom and made-to-order. Cancellations and refunds are handled to fairly reflect the work performed and non-recoverable costs.

Before project start (no work performed). If you cancel before we begin work, any advance payment is refundable minus payment-processing or bank fees (if applicable).

After project start. If you cancel after work has started, we will invoice for:

  • time & materials already incurred (including discovery, design, development, project management, testing);

  • any third-party, licensing, or non-recoverable costs committed on your behalf.
    Any unused portion of a prepaid amount will be refunded after these deductions.

Fixed-price milestones. For fixed-price engagements, completed or in-progress milestones are billed pro-rata based on the percentage of work delivered up to the cancellation date.

Retainers/subscriptions. Ongoing retainers can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. Work already performed during the notice period remains payable.

Change requests. Scope changes are handled through a change-control process and may affect cost and timeline. A change request is not a cancellation.

Chargebacks. Please contact us first to resolve any billing issue. Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed with our payment partner.

Consumers (EU). Our services are primarily B2B. Where consumer law applies, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal. If you request us to start the service before the withdrawal period ends, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service is fully performed and, if partially performed, you are liable for the proportionate value of the service provided up to the cancellation.

How to cancel. Send an email to [contact@lupx.ro] with subject “Cancellation – [Company/Project]”, stating your company details, project name, and the requested cancellation date.
